How to let go of Emotional Pain

When we get emotionally triggered it can be very hard to process and let go of emotional pain. It is difficult because we often don’t have a process that we follow when we get triggered. Emotional pain is usually something that we avoid facing which is why it is harder to deal with. If you resist your emotional pain you stay stuck in it. In this video I give you a simple but powerful process that you can follow to let go of your emotional pain.
